Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping takes about 5 - 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Q: What is the refund/exchange policy.

The item will be inspected and if it passes inspection, then the refund will be issued within 3 business days. If you passed inspection and have not recieved a refund pleaase email chimufashion@gmail.com with the subject line: Refund
For exchanges please email chimufashion@gmail.com with the subject line exchange. Let us know your name and order number and the new items you want. Please send the clothes to CHIMU 2374 EUclid Heights Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44106 #208. The items will be inspected and if you pass inspection the new items will be shipped out within 3 business days. Buyer is reponsible for the return shipping costs.

Q: How can I get free pickup?!
A: Who likes paying for shipping? I know I don't! At checkout use the coupon code CLE Pick up will be at this address: 12438 Cedar Rd, Cleveland, OH 44106

Q: Can I use Venmo or the Cash app to pay?                                                        A: Yes!

You still have to pay shipping(9.99)! But it will be through Venmo or Cash instead.
